Описание: The emergency banknotes were issued by Westholsteinische Bank (which was founded in Heide (Dithmarschen) in 1896 and existed until 1943), with a local partner, the Lohengau Homeland Association. The emergency banknotes from the Lohengau Homeland Association, for which you can buy something in Lüneburg for 50 pennies, were redeemed by the Westholstein Bank, Soltau branch, towards the end of 1921. Issued in Soltau on Löns' Thursday." Löns was killed at Loivre on September 26, 1914, so the emergency banknotes were issued on September 26, 1921. The often used image of Löns as a hunter, a map of the business area in which the West Holstein Bank wanted to operate, the Saxon horse representing the province of Hanover, the heath shepherd with his flock in the typical juniper landscape, the framing heather garlands and the crossed horse heads found on the gables of the farmhouses all reflect on the back everything that was considered characteristic of the Lüneburg Heath. This forms the background for the printing of two sets of four lines of poetry by Hermann Löns, which are placed opposite each other at the top of the front. Due to space constraints, the poems are not complete. Some lines even had to be cut in order not to exceed the printing area. Therefore, information about the deletions made is provided when the individual emergency banknotes are presented.
